Infinitely LOFT was a clothing rental service from the Ann Taylor brand, LOFT, that offered unlimited clothing rentals three pieces at a time. The program was designed to be inclusive, with petite, tall, maternity, and plus sizes available, making it accessible to a wide range of women. Positioned as an alternative to ownership, it combined convenience, variety, and the joy of fashion on rotation.

Overview
I designed a series of paid social ads aimed at driving acquisition and sign-ups for the program. The challenge was communicating a complex service model in a way that felt simple, digestible, and engaging. Since we could not explain everything in a single frame, we built multi-slide stories that layered the message. Each ad used brand-provided seasonal imagery, paired with animated graphics and concise text, to convey how the service worked without explicitly leaning on the word “rental.”
Result
The result was a set of engaging assets optimized for Facebook and Instagram Stories that balanced education with aspiration. By combining static and motion formats, the campaign was able to explain the service, highlight inclusivity, and capture attention in feed, supporting LOFT’s growth in the subscription fashion space.
